Cookie Policy
We set no non-essential cookie or tracker before you consent, and refusing is exactly as easy as accepting.

Indian law does not impose a blanket consent requirement merely for storing a cookie. Calling something "essential" is not itself a legal exemption: the sign-in and consent entries above are used because the service cannot work or cannot evidence your choice without them, and the optional entry is used only with your consent.
What we do not do
- • No advertising or retargeting pixels.
- • No sale or sharing of behavioural data with third parties.
- • No cookie walls, pre-ticked boxes or dark patterns — a plain 'Essential only' button sits beside 'Accept optional', as required by the CCPA guidelines on dark patterns, 2023.
- • No tracking or behavioural monitoring of children.
Changing your mind
Use the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page. It reopens the same choice, and selecting "Essential only" withdraws optional consent immediately — one click, on the spot, with nothing to clear in your browser and no email to write. Withdrawal is exactly as easy as consenting, it takes effect at once, and it does not affect your ability to sign in or run audits. You may also write to vrushali@winlegaladvisors.com if you prefer, and we will record the withdrawal for you. Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out before it.
