LEGALWEBSITE.in, operated by WIN Legal Advisors, a division of World of Willpower Pvt Ltd, produces automated compliance assessments of websites and apps against Indian law. Reports are generated by software and artificial intelligence. They are informational, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not legal advice or an advocate-client engagement. No advocate-client relationship arises unless you separately engage an advocate and that engagement is confirmed in writing.

In keeping with the Bar Council of India Rules, nothing on this site is an advertisement, solicitation or inducement to seek legal services. Requests for legal help are initiated by you of your own accord.

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential. Tell us immediately at vrushali@winlegaladvisors.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may submit only addresses that you own or are authorised to test. Our crawler reads publicly accessible pages, respects robots directives and applies rate limits; it does not attempt to log in, bypass security or perform intrusive testing. You are solely responsible for having the right to submit an address.

You must not host, display, upload, publish or share information that:

• • belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right;
• • is obscene, paedophilic, invasive of privacy, racially or ethnically objectionable, or otherwise unlawful;
• • harms a child;
• • infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right;
• • deceives or misleads the recipient about the origin of the message, or is knowingly false;
• • impersonates another person;
• • threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order;
• • contains software viruses or any code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit any computer resource.

These restrictions reflect Rule 3(1)(b) of the IT Rules, 2021. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach them, and will act on lawful orders within the timelines the Rules prescribe.

The service is currently free to use while in preview. If we introduce charges, prices will be shown inclusive of applicable GST before you pay, and the Pricing and Refunds page will govern payment, cancellation and refunds.

We own the software, design and report templates. You own your data and the reports generated for your sites, and you may use and share them freely within your organisation and with your advisers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and without limiting any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is higher. We are not liable for regulatory action taken against you, which remains your responsibility.

Complaints go to Sollicitor and Attorney Vrushali Borade, Grievance Officer at vrushali@winlegaladvisors.com; we acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days. Consumers may also approach the appropriate consumer forum or the National Consumer Helpline (1915). These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, without prejudice to a consumer's statutory right to sue where they reside.
