How it is protected
- • All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
- • Each account's records are isolated at the database level, so one customer can never read another's reports.
- • Access to production systems is limited to authorised personnel on a least-privilege basis.
- • We do not sell data, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.
- • Data collection is limited to what the feature needs, and optional analytics run only with your consent.
Families and age rating
The app is rated for users aged 18 and above and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children and do not run ads, behavioural tracking or in-app purchases aimed at them, consistent with Google Play's Families policy and Section 9 of the DPDP Act, 2023.
Permissions
The app requests only internet access. It does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, call logs, storage or any restricted permission, and it contains no background location or accessibility-service usage.
Account and data deletion
You can delete your account and all associated reports yourself at any time from the Delete your account page — no email or phone call is required. You may also write to vrushali@winlegaladvisors.com and we will complete the deletion within 30 days. This satisfies Google Play's account deletion requirement, and the deletion URL published on our store listing points to that page.
