Delete your account

• • Your login and profile — name, email, organisation and phone number.
• • Every audit you have run, including the crawled page data and generated reports.
• • Open legal opinion or remediation requests; closed matters are retained for three years where needed to answer questions about the advice given.

Removable data is deleted from our live customer systems immediately. Tax invoices and successful payment records are moved to a restricted archive for eight years; closed legal-help matters are retained for three years; and security records survive only for the remainder of their 180-day period. These records cannot be accessed through the deleted account and are used only for the stated legal, tax, dispute and security purpose.

Email vrushali@winlegaladvisors.com from your registered address with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm within 24 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days. That 30-day period is our own service commitment for requests made by email, not a deadline fixed by Section 12 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, which gives you the right to erasure without prescribing a number of days. Deleting the account yourself on this page takes effect at once.
