Delete your account

• • Your login and profile — name, email, organisation and phone number.
• • Every audit you have run, including the crawled page data and generated reports.
• • Every legal opinion or remediation request you have submitted.

Deletion is immediate and permanent; nothing is recoverable afterwards. We retain nothing apart from records we are required by law to keep (such as tax invoices, where a payment was made), and only for the period the law prescribes.

Email vrushali@winlegaladvisors.com from your registered address with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm within 24 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days, as required by Section 12 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
