• • All prices will be displayed in Indian Rupees, inclusive of GST, with the GST component itemised on the invoice.
• • The total payable, including any charge, will be shown before you confirm payment. There are no hidden or automatically added charges.
• • Subscriptions will not auto-renew without a clear prior notice and a one-click cancellation.

• • You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• • If an audit fails to produce a report because of a fault on our side, that audit is refunded in full or re-run at your choice.
• • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 working days.
• • Because reports are delivered digitally and immediately, completed audits are otherwise non-refundable, save for your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
