Pricing, Cancellation & Refunds

• • Essential — ₹1,998 plus 18% GST, one audit of one website, up to 25 pages.
• • Professional — ₹2,998 plus 18% GST, one audit of one website, up to 50 pages.
• • Business — ₹3,998 plus 18% GST, one audit of one website, up to 100 pages.
• • Each package is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no renewal, no automatic debit and no charge beyond the final amount you confirm before payment.
• • Choose a package and pay online through the secure card payment form on this website. The package, any valid coupon, the base price, GST and final total are shown before you pay. The service is activated after the payment is confirmed, and a tax invoice carrying our GSTIN is issued for every payment.
• • One free rule-based trial check per account and per person. It shows an overall rating and the gaps found, without detailed findings, fixes or downloads, and cannot be repeated.

Asking for a legal opinion or remediation help is free. Any professional fee is quoted separately by the advocate in writing before work begins, and you are free to decline.

• • You may cancel a purchased audit at any time before the audit starts, by writing to care@worldofwillpower.com with your invoice number, and receive a full refund.
• • Once an audit has started, it cannot be cancelled, because the report is produced and delivered immediately.
• • An unused package stays in your account and does not expire — you can use it whenever you are ready. Separately, if you buy a package and then decide not to use it at all, write to us within 30 days of payment and we will refund it in full.
• • There is nothing to cancel for renewal purposes, as no plan renews.

• • Duplicate or accidental double payments are refunded in full, without any request from you, as soon as we identify them.
• • If an audit fails to produce a report because of a fault on our side, that audit is refunded in full or re-run, at your choice.
• • If the report you receive is deficient, materially wrong or not what was described, tell us and we will re-run the audit, correct it or refund it — this is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
• • Completed audits are otherwise non-refundable, because the report is delivered digitally and immediately.
• • Refund requests go to care@worldofwillpower.com; we acknowledge within 24 hours, give you a complaint reference number, decide within 7 days and credit approved refunds to the original payment method within 7 working days.
